本隱私政策由 「游戏」及其關聯方（以下合稱「我們」）制定並適用，涵蓋我們在網站、移動應用（含 iOS 與 Android）及其他線上服務（以下合稱「服務」）中對個人資訊的收集、使用與管理。

This Privacy Policy is issued by “Game” and its affiliates (collectively, “we”), and applies to our website, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and other online services (collectively, the “Services”) regarding the collection, use, and management of personal information.

本政策僅適用於您在使用我們服務時向我們提供或由我們透過服務收集之資訊。對於第三方網站、服務或其內容與行為，我們不承擔責任；您應查閱該等第三方的隱私政策。

This Policy applies only to information you provide to us or that we collect through our Services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or practices; please review their privacy policies.

（1）您主動提供

• 帳號註冊與登入資訊（例如：暱稱、電子郵件、公開個人檔案）。
• 使用 SN 登入服務（如 Facebook、Apple Game Center、Google Play Games）時授權提供之資料（如姓名、電子郵件、用戶 ID、頭像連結、好友清單等）。
• 參與抽獎或競賽時的聯絡與配送資訊、人口統計資料（自願提供）。
• 客戶服務互動、問卷回覆、留言板內容、邀請朋友名單（僅用於發送邀請）。

（2）自動收集

• 裝置與技術資訊：裝置識別碼（如 IDFA/GAID、可能包含持續或間歇性 ID）、裝置型號、OS 版本、裝置名稱、語言與區域。
• 網路資訊：IP 位置、近似地理位置、連線與效能資料、伺服器日誌（含互動與錯誤記錄）。
• 應用活動：會話活動、功能使用頻率、事件、崩潰資料、下載來源。

（3）Cookies / SDK / 追蹤技術

我們與合作夥伴（行銷、分析、廣告）可能使用 Cookies、SDK、API、像素與標籤等技術，記憶偏好與登入狀態、測量效能與避免詐欺。您可在裝置或瀏覽器中停用，但可能影響功能。

（4）定位資訊

為提供正確版本或在地化內容，我們可能使用您的近似位置。您可於裝置層級關閉；若無位置資訊，部分功能可能受限。

(1) Information You Provide

• Account registration & login data (e.g., nickname, email, public profile).
• Data authorized via social login (e.g., Facebook, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games): name, email, user ID, avatar link, friends list, etc.
• Contact/delivery details and demographics when entering sweepstakes or contests (voluntary).
• Customer support interactions, survey responses, message boards, and friend invitations (used solely to send the invite).

(2) Information Collected Automatically

• Device & technical data: device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID, possibly persistent/temporary IDs), model, OS version, device name, language/locale.
• Network data: IP address, approximate geolocation, connectivity/performance data, server logs (including interactions and errors).
• App activity: session activity, feature usage frequency, events, crash data, download source.

(3) Cookies / SDKs / Tracking

We and partners (marketing, analytics, ads) may use cookies, SDKs, APIs, pixels, and tags to remember preferences and logins, measure performance, and prevent fraud. You can disable them, but certain features may not function.

(4) Location Data

We may use approximate location to deliver the correct app version or localized content. You can disable at the device level; some features may be limited without it.

• Create accounts; provide and operate Services (including cross-server play, leaderboards, push notifications).
• Process purchases; deliver rewards and marketing communications (opt-out anytime).
• Respond to comments and inquiries; provide support.
• Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, or violations.
• Optimize experience and personalize content (e.g., feature tips, balancing).
• Combine with third-party data as permitted by law and your consent.
• Comply with legal obligations; protect rights, property, and safety.

• With your consent: as authorized by you (including third-party own marketing subject to their privacy policy).
• Service providers & agents: processing info to deliver analytics, support, cloud, anti-fraud, etc.
• Legal & safety: to comply with subpoenas/government requests or protect rights and prevent fraud.
• Corporate transactions: reasonable sharing in mergers, asset sales, financing.
• Aggregated/anonymous data: shared for statistics with advertisers, publishers, partners.

We may show ads within the Services. Advertisers/ad networks may use session activity, device IDs, location, and IP to deliver relevant ads and may use cookies or device IDs for install verification/attribution. This Policy does not cover third-party practices—review their privacy policies.

You can adjust personalized ads via device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” / reset ad ID) and in-app options; disabling may limit features.

We use mobile analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, third-party attribution SDKs) to understand features, performance, stability, and improve experience. Such tools may collect device IDs, MAC, IMEI, locale, geolocation, IP, and event data. We do not directly link analytics data to personal information submitted in-app.

We may transfer information to jurisdictions where we or our partners operate for processing and storage. Data protection laws may differ by region; by using the Services, you consent to such transfers and processing as described.

If a security incident may affect you, we will act and notify as required by applicable law.

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent, object to, or restrict certain processing (as applicable).
• Opt out of marketing communications, disable push notifications, reset ad ID.
• Manage cookies/tracking via device or browser settings.
• Account deletion: contact support via the in-app Facebook button.

我們不會有意收集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資訊，亦不允許其使用服務。若發現誤收集，將盡速刪除。

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, nor allow them to use the Services. If we learn that we collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

我們可能不時更新本政策；重大變更將於生效前，以電子郵件或站內／網站公告通知。建議定期查閱以掌握最新作法。

We may update this Policy from time to time; for material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app/website notice before they take effect. Please review it periodically.

• Social Logins: Facebook, Apple Game Center, and Google Play Games collect data per your authorization.
• Sweepstakes/Contests: Participation is voluntary; contact data is used only for notifications and delivery.
• Account Deletion: Request via the in-app Facebook button to our support team.
